Louise Sternberg

Biography

Louise Sternberg joined the CU 鶹 Engineering and Applied Science Advancement team in January 2020 as an Advancement Assistant. She is responsible for supporting a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy for the college.

Louise received a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, a Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado State University in Recreation Resource Management and obtained her Elementary Education Teaching Certification from CU Denver. For a decade, Louise worked for the 鶹 Valley School District in a variety of roles most notably ensuring district-wide Vision Screening and Medicaid program compliance. Early in her career, Louise coordinated outreach programs at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum in Tucson, Arizona and served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the not-for-profit Tucson Children's Museum.

A Denver native, Louise is an avid skier, hiker and runner. The best compliment she has received was being called “Adventure Mom” by her two sons.
