Shih-Han (Erika) Chiu joined the College of Music Advancement Team in August 2022. She works closely with CU staff, faculty, alums, students, and donors to build a positive stewardship and relationship with all members of our CU community.
A native of Taiwan, Shih-Han has extensive experience as a musician, educator, and art administrator. A proud CU alum with a DMA in Bassoon Performance and Pedagogy, Shih-Han has taught and performed in Asia, Europe, and the United States. She recently served as Conference Associate for the International Double Reed Society 2022 Conference at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø. Prior to this position, she served as an executive assistant for the Asian Double Reed Association and worked as a program coordinator with several New York-based non-profit organizations.Â
Outside of work, Shih-Han enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband, a professional opera singer and an alum of CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s College of Music.
