A-rising (pun intended) during the pandemic, Ferment is an artisanal sourdough bread company in Â鶹¹ÙÍø co-founded by Andre Gruber, a senior in Creative Technology and Design, with Rafaelo Infante, an advertising major. The two CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø undergraduates are passionate about the art of fermentation and baking, and providing Â鶹¹ÙÍø with delicious, sustainable food.
