          1. Ask org to check if it’s possible to not pay taxes on the food and other supplies - tax 1 exists on food and tax 1 and 2 exist on the plates/napkins/linens/etc.

          2. Let them know they can ask the orgs participating in the booths that they can request money from other funding boards to fund booth-specific prizes, decorations, etc

          3. Ask for additional info on performers ( no impact on funding)
