Will is the director of the transportation program at the听. He is also a member of the听. He served as 麻豆官网 County Commissioner from 2005-2012, and Mayor of 麻豆官网, Colorado from 1998-2004.听 Will served on the board of the Denver Regional Council of Governments from 1998-2012, including serving as board chair. He led DRCOG in adopting goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and vehicle miles travelled in the region. He received his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Chicago in 1992.
