Rick Reilly (Jour’81), an ESPN columnist since 2008 and writer at Sports Illustrated for 23 years prior, will be inducted into the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association Hall of Fame in June.

Athletic administrator Ceal Barry, the winningest women’s basketball coach in school history, completed her 30th year at CU-Â鶹¹ÙÍø. Last summer she served as interim athletic director after the departure of Mike Bohn and before the hiring of Rick George.

Emma Coburn added another chapter to the storied recent history for CU runners in the 3,000-meter steeplechase by winning the NCAA title in the event in Eugene, Ore.

Bill McCartney, who led CU-Â鶹¹ÙÍø to its only national championship in football in the 1990 season, will be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame on Dec. 10 in New York.

The CU triathlon team extended its streak of consecutive national titles to four with its victory in April at the USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championships in Tempe, Ariz.
