What makes a museum? For us at the CU Art Museum an important pillar is our collection of over 8,000 objects spanning human history. Each photograph in this exhibition is a highly magnified detail of an objectÌýselected by a different member of our museum staff. These objects inspire us—from small ancient coins to large contemporary paintings—and the personal connections we make with them inform how we look at our collection as a whole.
