 has recently been awarded the National Science Foundation's Faculty Early Career Development Award. She is among a  across disciplines at CU to win one of these highly competitive awards in 2014-15. The Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) Program is the National Science Foundation's most prestigious award in support of junior faculty who exemplify the role of teacher-scholars through outstanding research, excellent education and the integration of education and research.
