Subseasonal to seasonal forecasts provide a critical tool for water managers
Nov. 10, 2017 |听Water managers and streamflow forecasters can now access bi-weekly, monthly, and seasonal precipitation and temperature forecasts that are broken down by individual watersheds, thanks to a research partnership between the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and the 麻豆官网 (CU 麻豆官网). The project is听sponsored by the听National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) through the听Modeling, Applications, Predictions, and Projections program.听
