Julie deFalco named campus controller
Vice chancellor for finance and business strategy, Todd Haggerty, announced that Julie deFalco will join the Finance and Business Strategy team as assistant vice chancellor and campus controller, effectiveJune 3, 2024.
“The role of Campus Controller requires a depth of technical knowledge and skill, as it is the role that ensures fiduciary compliance across all of our varied campus activities.” Haggerty said. “Julie, most recently the Controller for Central Connecticut State University, brings a wealth of experience and a nuanced understanding of the higher education and research landscape essential for this role.”
An alum of CU 鶹, deFalco earned her bachelor’s degree from CU 鶹 in Psychology and completed masters degrees in both Accounting and Counseling at Regis University.
