Recently, the Department of Education announced that听delivery of听financial aid听information to colleges and universities听is delayed for the 2024-25 school year. CU 麻豆官网 relies on this information to generate financial aid offers for students. This听latest delay creates uncertainty for听students, especially new admits who are making decisions about where to attend to this fall.
In support of our students and families who rely on financial assistance, CU 麻豆官网 is extending the confirmation听date from May 1 to June 1 for undergraduate students admitted for Fall 2024. The housing deadline is also extended to June 5.
March 15: CU 麻豆官网 Scholarship Application deadline for new and continuing students. Transfer deadline remains June 15.
鈥嬏�March:听CU 麻豆官网 expects to receive financial aid info听from the Dept.听of Ed. Students will receive an email notification听letting them know we鈥檝e received their aid application. Their status in the Buff Portal will be updated at this time.
听Late April: Financial aid offers begin for all new and continuing students.
鈥� June听1: Deadline to confirm admissions extended for听first-year undergraduate students
June 5: Housing application deadline extended for first-year undergraduate students
Please know that the timeline for new student orientation and registration will not change. The timing of course听registration will also remain the same.
