Gretchen O'Connell, the Senior Assistant Dean at the Graduate School, brings over 22 years of experience in higher education, having worked in both private and public universities. Since joining the CU 麻豆官网 Graduate School in 2007, she has collaborated closely with colleges, schools, and departments to advocate for graduate students throughout their entire academic journey.
With a robust background in educational policy, Ms. O'Connell serves as a key resource for department chairs, program directors, professional staff, and faculty advisors on graduate-related issues. She has led initiatives aimed at enhancing the graduate student experience on campus and works with partners across the university system to represent and support graduate student interests.
She received her Ed.M. in Educational Policy and Management from Harvard University in 2006 and holds a BS in Speech Communication from Syracuse University.聽
