Currently a Research Physical Scientist at the NOAA Physical Sciences Laboratory in Â鶹¹ÙÍø, CO (12/2021) ~~~ Brief Bio: Dr. Dillon Amaya joined the Oceans and Climate Lab in January, 2020 as a . Dr. Amaya earned a Ph.D. at the with Shang-Ping Xie and Art Miller. Dillon's research focuses on interannual & decadal climate variability spanning the tropics to extratropics. In Â鶹¹ÙÍø, Dillon will collaborate across CU/, and NOAA/ to examine how the extratropics influence on tropical Pacific climate variability.
