chhabidas, wilcutt, colunga, and richardsonSeveral CU Psychology and Neuroscience faculty received CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø Outreach Awards from the Office of Outreach and Engagement. Research Associate Nomita Chhabildas and Professor Erik Willcutt (Behavior Genetics and Clinical) received an award for the Attention, Behavior, and Learning Clinic to help fund affordable childhood evaluations. Professor Eliana Colunga (Cognitive) received an award to develop a parent-based early education program. She also received an interdisciplinary award with some other faculty on campus to promote computer coding among underrepresented youth. Associate Clinical Professor Emily Richardson (Clinical) received an award for the Brain Behavior Clinic to help fund evaluations of homeless people in Â鶹¹ÙÍø County in conjunction with the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Shelter for the Homeless. Finally, Senior Research Associate Alisha Brosse (CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø Clinical PhD, not pictured) received an award to help fund the activities of the Sutherland Bipolar Center, a center that is housed in Muenzinger and provides low-cost evaluation and treatment services to people with bipolar disorders.
