The RASEI community strives to engage with a broad range of audiences to share their discoveries and innovations. Broad engagement with colleagues in the academy and industry, with those in higher education, and the public at large is critical for the RASEI team to maximize the impact of their work, help foster a more scientifically literate society, support and drive informed decision-making.

Effectively communicating the scientific and engineering advances being made by the RASEI community ensures that this knowledge benefits society as a whole. Working with the broader public to share the important concepts about the clean energy transition is a great way to increase understanding, empowering people to making informed decisions about the environment and their health, as well as providing an excellent mechanism for the discussion of ideas and exploration of different perspectives.

RASEI believes that an informed society is one that can enhance policy and governance, drive economic development, promote health and well-being and be effective stewards of the environment as we move forward to a sustainable energy future.
