The Postdoctoral Association of Colorado Â鶹¹ÙÍø (PAC Â鶹¹ÙÍø) and theÌýNIST Postdoctoral Early-Career Association of Researchers (PEAR) invite industry representatives to the first annual (FRIPS).
FRIPS will take place from 12–4:45 p.m. on September 27, 2018 at the building on the CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø campus.
The goal of FRIPS is to provide an opportunity for postdocs along the Front Range (from CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø, NIST, NOAA, NREL, CU Anschutz, Colorado State, and others) to network and learn about opportunities in industry and the possibility of working in industry. The big highlight of the event will be a poster session (1–3 p.m.), where industrial representatives, either scientists or HR, will be able to talk to postdocs about the work featured on their posters. Also during the poster sessions, industries have the opportunity to sponsor the event and set up booths for postdocs to visit.
