CU 鶹 faculty hit a record milestone in the 2017-18 fiscal year, bringing in $511.1 million in funding for pioneering studies addressing climate change, robotics, indoor farming and more. These preliminary totals top last year’s $507.9 million in sponsored research funding across the university.

Broad energy and environment study led by CU 鶹 ends with significant findings

A massive research and education effort on energy and environmental issues led by CU 鶹 engineering faculty is ending after a five-year run with significant results relevant to Colorado’s growing energy industry. The $12 million AirWaterGas project was funded by NSF to study the environmental, economic and social tradeoffs of oil and gas development and their relation to public policies and regulations.
