Retirement should be viewed as a new beginning: a time to redirect and refocus our attention to interests previously unpursued, and a time to take on new, novel challenges as the landscape of the Â鶹¹ÙÍø campus and the landscape of higher education, in general continues to evolve in the 21st century. With this in mind, the CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø Retired Faculty Association (UCBRFA) was established in 2020 to facilitate successful retirement experiences for current and soon-to-be retirees, andÌýencourage retired faculty members to remain actively involved in academic, educational, scholarly and cultural activities on the Â鶹¹ÙÍø campus. The association is supported and funded by the Office of the Chancellor, the Office of the Provost , and the Office of Faculty Affairs, and is closely allied with the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Faculty Assembly (BFA).

UCBRFA welcomes members from all categories of retired and soon-to-be-retired CU faculty, their spouses and domestic partners, and members of the Â鶹¹ÙÍø community with an interest in participating in the association’s activities and programming.
