A panel of successful entrepreneurs from the Rocky Mountain region will share their ideas about how to build, recruit and retain top-notch management teams March 1 at Entrepreneur Exchange, an interactive program for local businesspeople.

The exchange begins at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, March 1, at the Adam's Mark Hotel, 1550 Court Place in Denver. The program, which runs to 9:30 a.m., includes breakfast and will cost $45.

Cosponsored by the CU-Â鶹¹ÙÍø College of Business' Robert H. and Beverly A. Deming Center for Entrepreneurship, the exchange gives business people and students an opportunity to visit with successful local entrepreneurs in an intimate, relaxed setting. The featured entrepreneurs have all been finalists in the local Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards. They include:

* Samuel Addoms -- President of Frontier Airlines, Denver's low-fare commercial airline dedicated to providing efficient, dependable and friendly air travel.

* Mary Pat Link -- Founder and chairperson of Interlink Corp., an e-business consulting firm that provides end-to-end e-business software and network solutions.

* Joel Appel -- President of Orange Glo International. Orange Glo is a household cleaning product that is marketed through mass distribution channels, such as the Home Shopping Network, infomercials and discount retailers.

* William P. Ernstrom -- President and CEO of Voyant Technologies Inc., which helps telephone service providers integrate voice applications over the Internet, and helps Internet companies deliver intelligent voice applications to their customers.

The event is hosted by The Foundation for Enterprise Development and Ernst & Young and is sponsored by the Deming Center, NASDAQ, Marsh, an MMC Co., and the Internet Chamber of Commerce.
