The Friends of the Libraries at CU-Â鶹¹ÙÍø will present the fourth annual Information Day on Tuesday, Jan. 8. The day offers the public an opportunity to become familiar with the contents of Norlin Library and how to use them.
The event will be from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Center for British Studies in CU-Â鶹¹ÙÍø's Norlin Library. It is free and open to the public.
Susan Anthes of the CU-Â鶹¹ÙÍø Libraries' Public Services department will provide welcoming remarks and guests will tour Special Collections and the computer lab, where instruction will be offered. Lunch will be provided to those who attend.
Deborah Fink, a public information librarian, will speak during the lunch break. Deborah Hollis from Special Collections and Peggy Jobe from Government Documents will discuss "The Future: Is It Print or Electronic?" More tours will be offered after lunch.
Free parking will be available at the Euclid Avenue Autopark just east of the University Memorial Center. Access to the library will be through the west door.
