PHOTO OPPORTUNITY

Photographers are welcome to take photos of students, faculty or staff members getting flu vaccinations today from 2:45 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Wardenburg Health Center at the University of Colorado at Â鶹¹ÙÍø. Wardenburg Director Robert Cranny is encouraging students, faculty and staff members to participate in Thursday's annual flu and meningitis clinic.

According to Dr. Thomas Kunstman, the CU-Â鶹¹ÙÍø clinic has confirmed four cases of Type A influenza from walk-in cases this morning. All of the confirmed cases are of CU-Â鶹¹ÙÍø students.

Tomorrow, CU-Â鶹¹ÙÍø clients can be immunized at the flu and meningitis clinic between the hours of 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. at the Student Recreation Center. Cost of the meningitis vaccine is $90 and the flu vaccine is $20. The American College Health Association recommends college students consider getting the flu vaccine "to avoid disruption of academic activities."
