Over 3,000 faculty and staff have participated in CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s 2017 Faculty and Staff Engagement Survey,ÌýmeasuringÌýconcepts such as faculty and staff satisfaction, commitment and empowerment. The results of the survey will be used to identify actions to improve the quality of the work experience for all faculty and staff.

The engagement survey is sponsored by Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor Russell Moore and Senior Vice Chancellor and CFO Kelly Fox. The Department of Human Resources, in collaboration with Arthur J. Gallaher, an independent engagement firm, is facilitating the implementation of the survey.
Personally-identifiable information is released to no one outside of Arthur J. Gallagher. Survey results will in no way identify you individually, and only aggregate findings will be used for organizational improvements.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Two surveys have been created, one for faculty and one for staff. The surveys have questions that are common among both faculty and staff, as well as questions that are unique to each population. You are receiving the survey appropriate to your role.
