As many individuals adjust to working both in person and remotely, as well as interacting with colleagues in various locations, the (OIT) has rolled out .

To develop the guidance, OIT worked with campus departments to understand what issues have come up while working remotely.

“I reviewed every aspect of this webpage and found it extremely useful,” said Terri Fiez, vice chancellor for research and innovation. “We have shared this with everyone in my organization, and it will have immediate value in helping ensure our hybrid workforce has easy-to-digest information on existing services, best practices and support coming from OIT. Some of the recommendations are straightforward suggestions based on industry best practices and OIT-supported services. Others are more flexible suggestions that rely on departmental development of standards and norms as appropriate.

The recommendations will be updated over time as new needs are discovered and addressed and OIT is inviting feedback from the CU 鶹 employee community.
