CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø publishes its key academic dates, including holiday breaks, a few years in advance for a variety of planning purposes. For a number of years, CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s spring break dates have matched with the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Valley School District’s spring break dates and often with the St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD). This is helpful to many CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø employees and CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø parents and families who have students enrolled in one of these K-12 school districts.Ìý
Next year, CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s spring break will not align with BVSD’s or SVVSD’s spring breaks. CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s spring break is scheduled for March 27–31, 2023; BVSD and SVVSD have scheduled their spring breaks for March 20–24, 2023.
CU Â鶹¹ÙÍø has reached out to both school districts to raise awareness that these spring break dates do not align, and to set the stage for future cooperation on calendar setting that benefits all three institutions going forward.
