Ombuds Office adopts official charter

A new office charter is an agreement between CU 鶹 and the Ombuds Office codifying the ombuds roles and responsibilities, as well as establishing a shared understanding of how the office functions within the university.

Teacher preparation programs receive praise, full reauthorization by state

At the Colorado Board of Education February meeting, all of the School of Education’s teacher preparation programs were lauded and received sweeping reauthorization. CU 鶹 was praised for its “true partnerships” with districts and reading instruction, an area where very few other university programs have earned reauthorization on the first pass.

Students donated 1,966 meal swipes as part of the Swipe it Forward event, which encouraged students with meal plans to “pay it forward” and support their fellow Buffs. The meal swipes will now be available as emergency meal cards to students in need of extra support.

A total of 55 Colorado Buffaloes were named to the Pac-12 Conference's 2022 Fall Academic Honor Roll. The recipients were from men's and women's cross-country, football, soccer and volleyball.
