As winter approaches, CU Buffs are turning down the thermostats in an effort to curb their carbon footprint. This is an easy way to decrease energy consumption, but there are a lot of other approaches that both renters and homeowners can take to save energy and money in the colder months.

CU Study Abroad offers short-term study abroad programs called Global Seminars, which take place over summer or winter break. Several new seminars are premiering in summer 2017!

Several months ago I wrote a column focusing on the election, the Colorado Creed and the importance of engaging with each other in respectful dialogue. As another campaign season comes to an end and we strive to reunify our nation after two years of spirited and sometimes contentious and polarizing debate, I think it’s important again to remember and recommit to our values as a university.

Masters of the Environment is an innovative new graduate degree that adds advanced studies in environmental sciences, building on students' professional experience from other fields. The program features a yearlong capstone, or environmental work experience, highly valued by employers.
