Dear Friends of Women and Gender Studies,

As we finish up another terrific academic year, I’m thrilled to announce that WGST continues to grow: with 160 majors and minors, we are bigger than ever. This May, WGST proudly conferred degrees to 22 majors, 28 minors, 6 undergraduate certificate students, and 5 graduate certificate students, making this the largest yet! The Women and Gender Studies Excellence in Inclusion Award recognizes outstanding student projects (research or creative works) that explore issues pertaining to diversity and inclusion. This year we awarded the prize to two outstanding students: Lauren Arnold and Selena Wellington.
