The College of Music Technology Committee kicks off its Tech Talk series on Jan. 19 with "Using Qualtrics Survey Tools" with Assistant Professor of Education David Rickels.

New for the Spring 2016 semester, the College of Music Technology Committee is pleased to begin offering Tech Talks, a series of workshops on topics of interest to College of Music faculty, students and staff.

The goal is to focus on current technology tools that are helpful for musicians in a low-stress, informal setting. The workshops for Spring 2016 will be held in Imig room C-113 on Tuesdays at noon. The line-up for this semester is:

Jan. 19—Using Qualtrics Survey Tools (presented by David Rickels)

Feb. 16— Making Your Social Media Sing (presented by Jessie Bauters)

March 8—Getting to Inbox 0 (presented by Cory Pavicich)

April 12—Notation Software Roundup (presented by John Drumheller)

These workshops are free and open to any College of Music students, faculty and staff members to attend. Light snacks will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to bring lunch.
