Two pianos, plus... three pianists, two cellists, two percussionists and a horn player! This program, Two Pianos +,听will feature works for two pianos, played by Alexandra Nguyen, Hsiao-Ling Lin and Jennifer Hayghe,听in combination with other instruments. The full ensemble includes听Michael Thornton, horn,听David Requiro and Meta Weiss, cello,听and Michael Tetreault and John Kinzie, percussion. They will perform pieces听including Schumann's unusual Andante and Variations, as well as Bart贸k鈥檚 formidable Sonata for Two Pianos and Percussion.
